AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement will begin upon your registration and will end when terminated by BlockSideWiki.com or by you if you choose to cancel your account or subscription. BlockSideWiki.com refers to and includes, but is not limited to, the owners and staff operating the company.

MODIFICATIONS
BlockSideWiki.com reserves the right and option to modify any terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, at any time, for any reason and/or at the sole discretion of the owners and staff of BlockSideWiki.com, by posting a Change Of Terms notice or via a revised agreement on this site. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS FOUND TO BE UNACCEPTABLE BY YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT BY GOING TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH BlockSideWiki.com. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION WITH BlockSideWiki.com FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE OF TERMS NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE A BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE ON THE PART OF ANY AND ALL USERS WITH ACTIVE ACCOUNTS.

REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
BlockSideWiki.com reserves the right to reject any subscription or registration for membership and services. If your registration is refused, you have the right to contact BlockSideWiki.com and request a reconsideration. Any request for reconsideration does not guarantee or imply that your registration will be accepted.

MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
Members may not claim intellectual rights, copyright or exclusive ownership to any downloads, either modified or unmodified, provided by or through BlockSideWiki.com. All materials and information remains the property of that material's author/creator. Members may not share or give access to their account to any other party, BlockSideWiki.com reserves the right to terminate memberships and block access to any members account for such violations.

AFFILIATE EARNINGS
BlockSideWiki.com pays affiliates a percentage for the sale of any products that is generated through the affiliates url. Earnings will be paid when the affiliate has reached $50.00 in sales and affiliate has requested payout through the members area, payouts are made on Net30 days. All payouts will be made through paypal and affiliates are responsible for any and all taxes of these payments.

Any affiliate found using spam will lose their account and all payments.

REFUNDS OF PAYMENT
BlockSideWiki.com will not honor any refund request. Members will be considered to have had access to the service and used the service even if you just logged in. No refunds will be granted to any member who has caused their account to be cancelled due to violation(s) of this agreement.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
BlockSideWiki.com maintains a zero tolerance for unauthorized use of materials and information that belong to BlockSideWiki.com. Any person, business and/or organization found to be committing what BlockSideWiki.com considers to be unauthorized use will face court actions which will be originated in South Carolina, United States for damages done to BlockSideWiki.com and this agreement. If that violator of these agreement terms is also a member of BlockSideWiki.com their account will be terminated immediately. Unauthorized use includes but is not limited to the following: (a) Promoting, selling or marketing of BlockSideWiki.com materials by use of unsolicited bulk or SPAM electronic transmission (email). (b) Selling portions of BlockSideWiki.com materials such as sites, scripts, software, information, and any similar or related elements or products outside of the above agreement. © Place, copy or transfer any BlockSideWiki.com materials, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THESE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED THEREBY. BlockSideWiki.com is in no way responsible for any data loss or damage arising from viral infection from the Internet. BlockSideWiki.com and/or contributors shall have no liability whatsoever to you for any claim(s) relating in any way to: your inability or failure to perform research or related work or to work properly or completely, or any lost profits or consequential, exemplary, incidental, indirect or special damages relating in whole or in part to your rights hereunder or use of, or inability to use BlockSideWiki.com. BlockSideWiki.com will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you or your business including, but not limited to, loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via BlockSideWiki.com is at the user's sole risk. BlockSideWiki.com specifically disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through BlockSideWiki.com. As a user you are considered warned that some Internet sites accessible via the BlockSideWiki.com network allow posting, retrieval, and/or electronic mailing of materials that may be considered obscene or objectionable. BlockSideWiki.com is not responsible for inadvertent or deliberate access to such material and cannot prevent access of such material. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted materials, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, material protected by trade secret or software protected by copyright. You agree without question to indemnify and hold harmless BlockSideWiki.com from any claims resulting from your use of the service if it results in any damages for you or another party. This includes, but is not limited to mass emailing, and/or the sending of unsolicited email, commercial or otherwise. BlockSideWiki.com and its affiliates shall not be liable under any legal practice or theory (including tort or contract) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages in any way related to the product or services provided. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall BlockSideWiki.com be liable to you or any other person or business for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work-stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, or for any damages even if BlockSideWiki.com has been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
